My career spans over 35 years in a number of business roles: IT Project Director, Consultant in change management, Sales manager \u2026\nSome of these roles were carried out in one of the 4 businesses I created during that time. Business development and business model optimisation have therefore always been at the heart of my activities.<\/span><\/p>\n

My goal is to leverage this professional experience and skills to serve businesses who want to implement performing business models.<\/span><\/p>\n

Trilingual (French\/English\/German), I pursued a significant part of my career in Germany as a Project Director for international projects in large publishing companies. Taking into account human, cultural and communication factor is a key skill to create synergies, and one I learned in multiple complex environments.<\/span><\/p>\n
