BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT METHOD
DIAGNOSIS PHASE
Developing business revenue comes after evaluating the market potential, the existing competition and the go-to-market options. This diagnosis follows a methodology similar to the one used in our Business Model Expertise It is however quicker and orientated towards the elaboration of a clearly prioritised action plan for Phase 2.
A thorough deliverable is given to the business manager, including :
(1) an analysis of the product-market-salestools system
(2) a SWOT analysis
(3) a prioritised action plan by market segment and sales channel.
The business manager will have all information to hand for an implementation of this action plan, which can be carried out independently or by Techfizz, should he choose to do so.
The diagnosis is carried out by Techfizz as a fixed-price project.
OPERATIONAL PHASE
This phase enables the manager to develop business revenue by implementation the action plan designed in the previous phase.
During this phase, the available sales resources are identified and the following tools are built :
(1) a detailed action plan,
(2) a timeline for their implementation
(3) an evaluation of the required resources.
At this stage, the business manager can take a Go / NoGo decision. If the development plan is launched, he can choose to outsource it totally or partially. Techfizz can manage the resources necessary for its implementation, wherever they come from.
For short-term assignments, Techfizz can provide CVs to carry out the implementation of a subset of actions as a transition. This would then be charged on a price per day basis.
